her puzzle collection

this collection celebrates the woman discovering who she is and finding peace , freedom and contentment in that. no longer allowing herself to follow the masses, but allowing herself to be and to flow as she has always been. expressed by bold colours , unique textures , loud silhouettes and unconventional themes.

to the woman who tried to fit and mold herself into spaces that were not made for her in the first place and maybe that’s why she found it so difficult to exist in them.

the process of this phenomenon at some points can feel like solving a mystery , hence this collection can be celebrated through the act of putting each puzzle piece together until we are able to see the bigger picture. most of the images are characterized by bold almost monotonous colours with bursts of colour on the subject. putting these parts of the puzzle together may seem ... daunting but i think that reflects and speaks to how sometimes time may be passing but we may be at a place where everything seems to feel the same , like nothing is changing. but behind the scenes , though time may be passing and nothing seems to be changing , one by one , piece by piece the puzzle is coming together and these pieces are a part of and are leading to the bigger picture. so i hope while you piece these puzzles together with patience , you remember that they are a part of the puzzle and eventually you will see the bigger picture. and while you may put these pieces together and eventually see the bigger picture in a few hours... remember the process may not feel like that in real life and though we may not get to see the bigger picture immediately or ever , we can remind ourselves to enjoy the process, give ourselves some grace and sometimes to smell the roses, all applied when necessary . and this is said without minimizing and downplaying any of the challenges that may have been or are being faced , or anything anyone may be going through during said process <3
